  1. Wow Jai you have been busy! What a wonderful way to remember the ones we lost. Your Uncle Walter looks so proud and very happy in the photo. The Anzac biscuits you made look delicious, I bet they tasted yummy. Do you like baking? I do, but I gave nearly all my flour to my grandchildren so they could do some baking.

  2. Hi Jai. What an awesome collage of activities you and your family did to commemorate ANZAC Day. I'm sure the Anzac biscuits are already gone, I know that the ones I made were eaten in a couple of days. I think I'll make some more. Your Great Great Uncle Walter looks so young in the photo.

  3. What a lovely tribute Jai. Do you know where your Great Uncle fought? My Great Grandfather fought in France, it was where he meet my Great Grandmother. Do you have recipe for the Anzac biscuits? You should write this up and share it.
